I have been using this plan book and the other one like it for 14 years. I love the way it is set up and it has everything I need. (Someone mentioned in another review that they couldn't see the inside but the description does allow you to see sample pages)
Our mascot is a cougar so the paws design is perfect.

It is wonderful having both lesson plans and grades in the same book. I particularly like how big the cells are for recording grades...perhaps they could be a tad bigger for us who have trifocals!!!! Thank you.

I love this planbook and use it every year. I like the days of the week going across the top and I put the times down the side. There is plenty of space for extra notes on the side for each week. In one of the front pages, I stick the students' school pictures on a page (the little extra picture the photo place sends as stickers).
There are a few designs for the front with the same contents. I like the one with the Cougar Paws.

Last year was the first time I found this plan book. It is perfect for me, so I ordered another one for this year too! It can be modified to plan for as many lessons throughout the day as you need. And it's a record book as well.
