They are just 3/4 of a page with four questions. It is great as before school work or to use during our reading block. They are quick to correct and something concrete for parents to see. Also, it gives students daily practice with reading and going back into the text to answer questions. They have enough to use all year and it covers all genres. It is worth it.

This is my 2nd copy. I loaned out my first one and never got it back. I use this for mini bell work. There are only four questions, and the students can color code the answers. I will be moving to second grade and plan to purchase that grade.

I love this because I can give her one page to practice reading totally on her own and answering the questions too. She needs this practice and this is ideal , as the stories are so short.
